I honestly feel like Ben gets more hate than he and his program deserve. When I joined, the road map was clear. The video modules were there, Ben was there on group calls prepared to answer questions. The Discord support chat could be faster and give more detailed answers, but other than that I thought it was great. I came in with not very much experience and had my store running after 3 months. This isn't a course where they are going to hold your hand though — you have to be ready to self learn.
